71 meetings booked · 2,772 decision-makers reached

Mastek is an Indian-headquartered global Oracle partner that wanted enterprise pipeline in the Gulf. Division50 ran the outbound engine end to end — 23,670 named contacts across 15 UAE and Saudi call lists, worked down to 2,772 live decision-maker conversations and 71 meetings booked directly onto Mastek's calendar.

The brief

The challenge

Mastek delivers complex, high-value services — Oracle Cloud implementation, legacy modernization, and enterprise application services — to a demanding buyer set across healthcare, government, BFSI, retail, and manufacturing. Reaching the right senior technology decision-makers at scale and converting that interest into qualified, calendar-ready conversations required a dedicated, multi-channel outbound motion rather than ad-hoc prospecting.

The playbook

What we ran

01Fifteen targeted call lists built and maintained across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, covering 23,670 named contacts at enterprise accounts
02Four Oracle-specific pitch tracks rather than one generic script, so the opener matched what the account was likely to be buying
03Senior targeting across procurement, ERP, supply chain, IT operations, infrastructure and information security — the functions that actually own an Oracle decision
04A 30+ company exclusion list covering the global system integrators, so no Mastek partner or competitor account was ever dialled
05English and Arabic call scripts, so a Riyadh procurement head and a Dubai CIO each heard the pitch in their own language
06Meetings booked straight onto Mastek's own booking link, with attendance tracked and no-shows chased and rebooked
The offer

What we were selling

Oracle

Mastek is a Global Oracle Partner holding 16+ Oracle specializations, with 1,300+ Oracle cloud projects delivered and 90%+ client retention. The offer was Oracle Cloud implementation plus long-term managed and enhancement services — moving enterprises off on-premise EBS, SAP, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards, or layering CRM, EPM and HCM on top of an ERP they were not ready to replace. The campaign ran in two phases: 2023 sold the Oracle practice; 2024 took Mastek's CEMS managed-services GTM — a portfolio that reaches beyond Oracle — to the same Gulf markets.

What counted as a qualified meeting

Agreed with the client before a single dial. A conversation only counted if it cleared this bar.

  • Running Oracle EBS, SAP, PeopleSoft or JD Edwards on-premise, with a real reason to move
  • Evaluating CRM, EPM or HCM on top of an ERP they intend to keep
  • In market for long-term support, managed services or cloud enhancement (AMS/CES)
  • A named pain we could repeat back: legacy systems, data migration, agility, or security and compliance
  • Enterprise scale — the priority tier was $5B+ annual revenue
The outcome

The results

The programme booked 71 meetings, of which 63 were held. Senior buyers across IT and financial services, healthcare, government, banking, oil and energy and manufacturing went straight onto Mastek's calendar to discuss Oracle Cloud implementation, legacy modernization and managed services.

How these numbers were counted. Measured on 18 August 2026 from the Mastek delivery workbook — 15 call lists, 23,670 contact rows. “Worked” counts contacts carrying a logged call outcome; “reached” excludes IVR, invalid numbers, duplicates and do-not-call rows. Of the 71 booked meetings, 8 were later logged as no-shows and rebooked where the prospect re-engaged.
